GLS Home Delivery (daily collection)
Home delivery takes place on the working day following the dispatch of the package, during business hours, typically between 8 AM and 5 PM. GLS notifies the recipient by email as soon as we arrange the package delivery. The second email is sent on the morning of the delivery day and includes the delivery courier's phone number, along with a 3-hour time window for the expected delivery time.
The international home delivery takes place within 1-6 business days following the dispatch of the package. Our system calculates the fee based on the area and weight after entering the delivery address. The exact fee is visible at that point.

MPL sends a message via SMS or email about the accessibility of the package. In the case of delivery to the post office (as Poste Restante) or a Partner Post Point, there is a 5 working day period for collection; for automat pickup, there is a 2 working day period available.
Most automat pickups are accessible 24/7 every day of the week; the package can be retrieved from the automat using the identification code received in the message. If the package is not collected within the 2 working day deadline, MPL will deliver the shipment to the post office. At that time, the recipient will receive further information via SMS and email regarding which post office their package has been placed in and until when they can collect it. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, MPL leaves a notice about the arrival of the shipment and the attempted delivery, and then tries to deliver the shipment again on the next working day. If delivery is still unsuccessful at this point, a repeated notification is left at the address, indicating the post office location and the holding period where and until when the recipient can collect the shipment.
